Registration is a 2-step process.
Please complete the steps below to enroll and register your child:
Step 1: Select the three (3) links below to download the IDOC Registration Form(s). Please read the registration forms in their entirety, completely execute with your signature and date, and return to IDOC Dance via email (pdf or jpeg files) or return in person prior to the start of class.
Step 2: Click on "Pay Now" to Pay Registration Fee
($30 New Students, $25 Returning Students).
1st month tuition is required to complete registration and enrollment into class.
* Auto Debit or Automatic Billing is required for the 2010-2011 year.
